President Obama receives his presidential briefing at 10:00 a.m., followed by the economic briefing and a meeting with senior advisers. He meets with a few senators in the Oval Office to discuss health-care reform late morning -- with Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska (D) at 11:30 a.m. and Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-Me.) at 11:45 a.m.

Early afternoon, Obama departs for New York City. Around 3:30 p.m., he'll deliver remarks at a fundraiser for Gov. Corzine of New Jersey, held at Robert B. Meyner Reception Center. At 4:30 p.m., the president addresses a rally on behalf of Corzine at PNC Banks Arts Center.

In the evening, Obama delivers remarks at the NAACP's 100th anniversary conference at 7:30 p.m. Forty-five minutes later, he's expected to attend a DNC fundraising dinner at the Waldorf Astoria. He'll return to Washington following that event.
